CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY​

In the event the Board of Directors is considering a business transaction in which a Board Member or a member of their family or a business associate is a potential provider of the goods or services being considered, the Board sall assure that any such business transaction is made on an "arm length" basis which does not favor the Board Member, or a member of their family or a business associate. To avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest, such Board Member shall abstain from any vote or decision pertaining to such business transaction.
